In my three decades of consulting, and observing numerous leaders, I have discovered a disturbing pattern. One lesson I routinely educate throughout my leadership training applications is that leaders must learn to set priorities. They need to prioritize what and once they wish to get sure things carried out and achieved, and what is an important central core or theme to their agenda. It's unattainable to really lead without creating targets that one wants to accomplish. This means creating priorities, in addition to creating an efficient motion plan, to successfully accomplish those goals.
