This Quality of Mature Smart Management is So Needed As we speak in Every Walk of Life

This experienced man, John, writes a vitally important letter that we'd know sure important truths and know them with certainty. Good management is all the time involved about that.

How are you aware that you are a Christian and that's all is properly with you spiritually?

John is going to provide three sure methods to check yourself - a historical test - a theological test - a social test. The folks within the early Church could apply these to themselves and discover whether or not or not that they had the actual thing, or whether or not or not that they had been deceived by a counterfeit. Many immediately believe a deception. Do read the textual content of John's first letter within the New Testament. It is crucial because various improper teachings had been creeping into the Church of Jesus Christ at that time just as they've crept again in today.

God doesn't want any disciples of Jesus Christ to be deceived and this letter is being written to the Church of Jesus Christ.

Is our religion based on details or emotions? Do I have a great historical past - a sound conversion? Is all of it based on Jesus Christ - is all of it real - did it really happen?

When you are baptised within the Holy Spirit and speak in tongues that reinforces the reality. Why do I put that in, if it is not talked about here immediately? It was not a difficulty at that time, nevertheless it is a matter immediately in various locations and leaders are called to steer and take care of important matters, irrespective of how widespread it would be.

John mentions what we now have seen and heard. When your Christian experience is predicated on details then these can't change. It has little to do with feelings. John acted because Jesus Christ called him, chose him, saved him, anointed him. He had so many real experiences of Jesus. There is a theological test. Do we now have the precise view of Jesus Christ? He was both human and divine - man and God.

We'd like all that we read in the entire Word of God. As we keep within the Word we shall be saved from years of heartbreak, and that goes for an individual, for each Christian fellowship - and even for a nation. God invaded this world within the Man, Jesus Christ. He was not only a good man. He was GOD.

Our historical past - do we now have a firm basis? Our theology - do we now have a proper view of God - and now the ethical test! You do not reside as you used to. You keep the commandments. Obedience is a recurring word in genuine Christianity. It is one thing to know something - but how are you aware if you realize - Chapter 2 verse three - if we hold His Commandments.

And there is a social test too to verify that we now have the actual thing - You have to love your brother Christians. Now that's not just being good - it is way more than that. It is not sloppy - sentimental - superficial - it is being as loyally loving and as lovingly loyal as Jesus was.

Jesus was completely loyal. He didn't go and search for other men when the lads he chose let Him down. He by no means spoke about His men behind their again - except to the Father in prayer - but that's slightly different. These folks had to get on with each other. It was not straightforward - notably in Corinth was it an actual problem - but there the basis of the issue lay in what they believed. When that's sorted out then they may come to the Table and eat and drink.

There's the story advised of aged John being carried into the Church, and being asked to speak, and all he could say was, "Little youngsters - Love one another". This after all is the Lord's command, and Jesus has this aged and mature apostle speaking these phrases and writing these truths to the very end. John begins his letter by focussing our attention on Jesus, and it would be tough to enhance upon this quality of mature management, which is so enormously wanted in these current days.
