Ear Ringing Remedy

Ear ringing remedy

Tinnitus is when you hear a noise in your head that nobody else can hear – people that suffer from this condition most often hear ringing but they also sometimes hear buzzing, clicking and beeping type noises. There is no cure currently for the condition but there are plenty of ear ringing remedy and treatment options to help you manage the condition.

The best ear ringing remedy tip that I could possibly give you if you experience tinnitus is for you to protect your ears and hearing so that no further damage is done. It is difficult to stay away from noisy environments completely due to the fast paced world that we live in. However, you can still protect your ears by wearing earplugs in scenarios where there are loud noises such as in a loud work environment, at a sports match and at a music festival. Also think about things that you have control over. If you have problems with your ears ringing, listen to music on a low volume because you don’t want to make your situation any worse than it is already.

Following a healthy diet and lifestyle is another important ear ringing remedy that you should follow. Avoid saturated fats, salt, sugar, alcohol, caffeine and any processed foods as these things are said to make tinnitus worse. Try to increase your intake of vitamins and minerals because this will mean that circulation increases and hence your ringing ear problem will improve.

There are a number of super foods that are a great ear ringing remedy. Try to eat as much fresh pineapple as you can because it reduces inflammation in your ear and increases circulation, meaning that the tinnitus will be alleviated. Increase your zinc intake (oysters, pork and cereals) because it is great at curing your tinnitus naturally. Many people find it difficult to increase their zinc intake, especially vegetarians, so you can increase your zinc quota by taking vitamin supplements.

Another ear ringing remedy that has helped people suffering from tinnitus is masking the noise. There are specific CDs of white noise that you can buy that successfully blank out the noise. However, you actually have objects in your home already that will do the same job. If you are at home during the day and the ringing in the ears is just driving you nuts we suggest that you put on the fan or television as the sounds of these noises will distract you from the sound that is ringing in your ears.

Stress is actually one of the big triggers of tinnitus so my next ear ringing remedy tip that I can give you is for you to do everything in your power to alleviate stress from your life. Many people find yoga and meditation to be helpful in combating stress. There are other things that you can do such as listening to soothing music, exercising every day for at least 20 minutes, reading a book and meditating. There are many books about tinnitus and many people find that reading up on cures and advancements makes them feel better and less stressed. You should do everything you can to stop feeling stressed as this will make a huge difference to you tinnitus and the ringing in your ears might even stop.

However if you do contribute more than $35 a year you will be granted general membership automatically. To find out what you receive and to join these membership programs see the website.

Many people (especially young people) find that they do not have a lot of disposable income to donate to causes such as the American Tinnitus Association.
